Coleslaw
Ingredients:
- 1 cabbage, very finely chopped
- 150 grams Cranberries (cranberries)
- 500 gr corn kernels
- 500 ml natural full-fat yogurt
- 1 jar Zaanse mayonnaise
- 2 large roots, coarsely grated
- 1 red onion, chopped
- Salt to taste
- 100 ml white vinegar
Preparation:
Mix all the ingredients in a deep container and let it steep for about four hours.
